Angela Harding (Art Angels)

Inspired by the rich diversity the British countryside offers, Angela Harding chooses subjects capturing the flora and fauna in our natural world. Angela is fortunate to work from a studio overlooking the beautiful farmland of Rurland. The soft shades of green, grey and blue inturn often give a soft background to her prunts and painings. The wildlife in Angela's work inhabits not only her soft surroundings but often in an allegorical landscape referncing mid-twentieth century artists whi have influenced her work; Eric Ravilious, David Jones, Winifred Nicholson, among others. Angela completed an MA in Fine Art at Nottingham Trent University having earlier studied printmaking at Leicester Polytechnic.
