Catherine Binnie

Catherine Binnie was born in London but grew up in Oxford. She gained a degree in Fine Art Sculpture from Wimbledon School of Art and then spent several years working and living in London before moving back to Oxfordshire in 1991. In 2014 she moved to the Cotswold town of Charlbury where she lives with her four children. Her stone carvings, paintings and drawings have been widely exhibited and commissioned. They can be found in private collections and public spaces. Her inspiration comes from the beauty of the natural world and the human form influenced by the ever changing seasons.
