Meg Dutton studied painting at Chelsea School of Art in the early 1970s and became involved with etching and printmaking some years later. She lives and works in London. She is fascinated by pattern and detail in the natural and man-made world and this is the inspiration for the drawings, paintings and etchings she produces.
She was elected to membership of the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers in 2001 and served as their Vice President for four years. She regularly exhibits her work at the Bankside Gallery and is part of the Triangle Gallery group of exhibiting artists.
